Camas Swale Ale (#200) 7lbs: Here is a good beer to get you started brewing.
It is a light ale in color, hop bitterness and alcohol content. We started out
with this one and it sparked our interest enough to brew again and again.
We think it can do the same for you and your brewing companions.
Cost: $23.00
OregonFest Lager (#201) 8lbs: Willamette, Cascade, and Mt. Hood hops make
this a celebration of the best Oregon has to offer. Lagering takes three weeks
for this beer and you sure do countdown the days before you get to drink it.
The delicious hop aroma and smooth taste will keep you brewing this beer.
Cost: $27.00
(FSB) Fine Summer Beer (#202) 8lbs: Generously hopped with one of our
favorite, Cascade hops, this deep red ale is very refreshing and pleasant
to all of the senses. As easy to drink as it is to brew, this is a can't
miss beer for a warm Summers day.
Cost: $23.50
Rural Route #4, Euclid Porter (#203) 8lbs: Full flavor and rich dark color
are keys that give this beer such a long distinguished name. Does this beer
live up to all of these expectations? You bet it does. This is one of the
beers that definitely reminds you why you homebrew.
Cost: $27.50
Summer Snooze Wheat Beer (#204) 7lbs: What are the two best things to do in
the Summer? The two that top my list are napping in the shade and sipping on
this fine beer. Very refreshing, This beer gives you a light tart but not
sour flavor and a mellow hop aroma. Add a slice of lemon and call it an
afternoon well spent.
Cost: $23.50
Muleshoe Bend Stout (#205) 9lbs: This beer has as many twists and turns as
the river stretch it is named after. There's no lack of rich dark flavor
from the many specialty grains steeped in this beer and to even it all out
there is a tasty array of hops in the mix that keeps you guessing.
Cost: $27.00
Gunners' Dunkel Weizen (#206) 8lbs: This one brings the wheat beer out of
summer and into the rest of the year. It still carries characteristics of a
wheat beer such as a refreshing taste and the need for a slice of lemon to
complete it but now you gain more malt flavor.
Cost: $25.00
Honey Bear Beer (#207) 7lbs: It's sweet, light and easy to drink. And
like a bear to honey you'll find it hard to get enough of this tasty beer.
It is very light in body and flavor.
Cost: $21.00
Laney's Bitter Leap (#208) 7lbs: Appropriately named after a dog that jumps
7ft. fences in a single bound, this beer will jump right out at you at first
but give it time to age in the bottles and you will really enjoy all of the
hop flavor it has to offer.
Cost: $21.00
Scary's Pale Ale (#209) 7lbs: A light and mild flavored ale with just
enough hop bitterness and aroma to let you know you are drinking a true pale
ale. Good anytime of year.
Cost: $23.00
High Seas India Pale Ale (#210) 10lbs: This is a strong ale that packs a
punch with it comes to flavor. The hops are blended to give you all you can
handle from a traditional IPA. One try and you may never go back to lighter
hopped beers again.
Cost: $29.00
Outhouse Stout (#211) 9lbs: Don't be deceived. This stout is better then
the name would lead you to believe. A thick rich malty taste that goes down
smooth and creamy is the best way I can describe it. However, this one is
not for the faint of heart . There is no doubt this is a stout the minute you
taste it. Now that I have given you fair warning, Enjoy.
Cost: $29.00
Hectors Nectar (#212) 9lbs: As a traditional Scottish Ale, this beer
gives you good malt flavor and fine hop aroma. Hectors Nectar turns out
smooth and medium in bitterness while giving an all around flavor that
will encourage repeat brewing of this beer. We recommend letting this
beer age a good 2 to 3 weeks in the bottle before drinking it.
Cost: $23.50
Molassas Brown Ale (#213) 10lbs: Molasses in the recipe for both the boil
and the priming give this beer that little something extra. There is a
touch of sweetness, a mild hop flavor along with good deep brown coloring
from a fine mix of rich colored malt and specialty grains. You definitely
don't want to miss out on this delicious ale.
Cost: $25.00
Ruby's Raspberry Ale (#214) 11lbs: A fruity ale that is sure to please
anybody who likes the taste of raspberries. It is a fine combination of
hops and specialty grains so that you get the most out of both the beer and
the accompanying berries. This is an extract recipe so there is no messy
steeping of whole raspberries. If however you wish to use fresh fruit the
recipe will need to be adjusted a bit so tell us when you place the
order.
Cost: $29.00
(#215) Mary's Mud(Coffee Stout)- This is a great combination of two of
the greatest things on earth. Coffee and beer come together in this stout
to create one of the best beers in this catalog. Freshly roasted and
ground coffee from a local roaster is the key to Mary's mud. So get
ready to enjoy two of lifes great pleasures in one great beer.
Cost: $33.50
(#216) Stella's Extra Special Bitter- If you are looking for a light
bodied beer with great hop flavor, you have found it. Willamette and Mt.
Hood hops come together to make Stella's ESB a fresh clean tasting beer
that satisfies glass after glass after glass after glass.
Cost: $27.50
Family Funtime Lager (#217) 8lbs: I bragged and bragged to my family
about how good my beers are and how easy they are to brew. Never having brewed
themselves, they were a bit skeptical. When I offered a free kit and all the advice
over the phone I could give them, their skepticism soon disappeared. I am sure it
was the free beer that eased their minds rather than my advice but either way
they are now homebrewers. Here is the beer that tempted the taste buds of my
longtime Old Milwaukee drinking family members. Now you can share it with your family.
Family Discount price: $25.00
Practically Illegal Pale Ale (#218) 10lbs: We walk a fine line with this beer. Due to the graphic use of hops we were very close to needing a warning label from the surgeon general. But like any successful company, a payoff here and there and a speedy approval was inevitable. Yet, due to the extra insurance we had to take out on this recipe, the price was jacked up to: $30.00 (originally $3.99)
Spring's Edge Bock (#219) 13lbs: Bock is good stuff!! But it takes a little more investment in time to ferment. This is a true brew for the patient, you won't be disappointed after you taste the results. A secondary fermenter is a useful tool for this one, preferably a glass carboy. Cost: $32.00
High Desert IPA (#220) 10lbs: Close to one of our best selling recipes (High Seas IPA) but with a few twists. The most significant of which is Dry Hopping 3 days into fermentation. This gives added hop aroma and an overall bonus to an already hop filled beverage. Cost: $30.00
Paranoid Wheat Beer (#221) 10lbs: There are certain things about this beer that would lead you to believe it is a wheat beer. And then there are other elements that make you scratch your head and come to the conclusion that this beer is the result of somebody cleaning out their refrigerator and lucking out with a surprisingly delicious brew. Wheat malt, rye malt, lager yeast and brown sugar may not sound like any "style" of beer you ever heard of but I can assure you it is one that I had a hard time keeping in the refrigerator for any length of time. Cost: $29.00
Pine Lake Porter: (#222) 15lbs: I like to fish and I like to brew beer. If I had my way, I guess I would open up a small brewpub at one of my favorite fishing spots. Problem is, if business was too good, I would be giving up my favorite fishing spot. This is the type of dilemma that a fine, rich, malty/sweet Porter is perfect to help solve. Sit back and ponder. Cost: $33.00
