YEASTS

Yeast is a vital component in all the beers you brew. It's job is to break down the sugars in the not yet fermented beer and release both CO2 and alcohol. Each variety may have a different effect on your beer. That is why we offer some of the best yeasts on the market today. As of now we carry the dry variety of yeast exclusively, but as the demand rises we will offer liquid strains. So let us know if you would like any specific strain, we will be more than happy to get one for you.
